This is My entry for this Blue Monday Hosted by Miss Smiling Sally..
Its the Christmas decoration of our Provincial Capitol of our City. Its so unique its like blue cocoons hanging in the trees.. Its better to look if its lighted. And introducing the Blue Jeepney.. Its the main transportation in the city. :-)
