Effect of Walgreens and Express Scripts Dispute

This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

Both my sisters are currently living in the US. They’re the ones buying the vitamins for my parents and other medicine that they can get at Walgreens at a good price. But with the latest issue regarding Walgreens and Express Scripts Scripts dispute, they kind of worry how are they going buy those medicines with their health plan since Express Scripts rejected the offer from Walgreens to contract separately with Express Scripts for Tricare from other Express Scripts commercial business, but these offers were rejected. One of Express Scripts’ clients is Tricare, which is the health and prescription drug program for America’s military service men and women.

Another group of people got affected with this disputer are Walgreens patients and customer. They are forced to go elsewhere to use their in-network pharmacy benefits was unnecessary. Walgreens offers more 24-hour and drive-thru pharmacies than any other pharmacy in the country. Many patients under an Express Scripts plan have used Walgreens pharmacies for years and have a personal relationship with their Walgreens pharmacist. In an effort to minimize their disruption and inconvenience, Walgreens unveiled a comprehensive national effort to make this transition as smooth as possible and is doing all it can to help patients continue to use Walgreens when possible, or take care of them as they are forced to leave Walgreens in order to use their in-network coverage. You can still save with Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens. So become a member now and avail the special discount on annual membership for its Prescription Savings Club as well as the savings and benefits you can get. For $10 a year, a family membership covers everyone in your immediate family, including a spouse, dependents 22 and younger and pets. Individuals may join for $5. I also would like to encourage you to follow Walgreens on Twitter and like the page of Walgreens on Facebook to stay updated with the latest information and coupons too.

The Never Ending Meme, Part Two

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard of the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we also have our rules. First, we always credit the blog that we stole it from and we will “fess up” to the blog owner where we stole the meme. We also provide a link to the victim’s post. (It’s our way of saying “Thanks!”) We do sometimes edit the original meme, usually to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, sometimes to select that meme’s best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from either this new meme or recently asked questions from a prior featured meme. Let’s go!!!

Today we ripped off a blogger named Tense Teacher of the blog Tense for a Reason. (Yes we know that we’ve ripped her off not so long ago as well. It’s pretty amazing since she stopped posting in 2007. But that’s where we live as a thief). Also, it’s long so we’ll do it in parts. She does not say where she got it from. But, it was probably stolen there as well. So, of course, that will be as far as we go. Tracing back our theft’s thieves might take some time. Take the time to comment on other player’s posts. It’s a great way to make new friends!

My late entry again this weeks Sunday stealing and I missed again the part one of this meme, got very busy again. But thanks nevertheless because I can still participate in the part two. hehehe!

Backaches and Headaches for Encoding

I’m not a good person or a person you can rely on in terms of financial problems and the likes. But I really wanted to help other in anyway I can in my own little way (naks). And packing or help packing relief goods or anything that is needed assistance is one of my dream. So, last Friday me and one of the blogger I meet in January EB volunteer to help at DSWD encoding an urgent data that really needed for the relocation of the victim of typhoon sendong and they’re giving us also allowance for that 3 days encoding job.

I like to encode when I was in college I want to own a computer because I want to learn to type fast. I envy those people in the movie who just focus on the screen when typing data than the keyboard. Aside from I’m really slow in the typing department I easily get bored if the data are not that presentable(hehe). For two days I’ve been sleeping almost morning as in five in the morning just to fining the assign data to me because they need it after lunch on the Sunday. I did finish it before Lunch today but I think I will be having a few days step-neck, headaches and backaches because of that.

But my back and head are really killing me right now, every time I try to reprimand the pets my head easily get hurt and my back while typing this post. I never thought that encoding is really that hard job i though you just have to set and play with the keyboard or something but that experience is really something worth remembering. That was the first time I sleep very late for finishing a job. And thank God is all finish and I’m back to my old routine again which by the I try to change one of this days.

New Year Fireworks

This photo should be colorful but I don’t know what happen with my camera and I really don’t know how to operate it. It was my sisters cam and until now I’m still learning to operate it. My entry for Wednesday Whites. I was missing a lot of Wednesday white lately blame it to my brain it won’t function after typhoon sendong. And most of the time if this brain of mine won’t cooperate I usually called it writers block to make it sound like I’m a genius hehehe.

Fireworks are a class of explosive pyrotechnic devices used for aesthetic and entertainment purposes. The most popular use of a firework is as part of a fireworks display. A fireworks event also known as a fireworks show or pyrotechnics is often a display of the benefits created by firework devices. Fireworks competitions are also regularly held at many places. Fireworks devices consume quite a few types to create the four primary effects: noise, light, smoke, and floating materials (confetti for example). These are designed to burn with flames and sparks of quite a few colors, commonly red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and silver.

The earliest documentation of fireworks dates back to 7th century China, where they were invented. The fireworks have been used to accompany many festivities or event. For instance the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) as well as the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is a part of the culture of China and had its origin there; eventually it spread to other cultures and societies for important events and festivities. China may be the largest manufacturer and exporter of fireworks in the world.

This is a fountain, it should be colorful like I said but this is what it look likes after I took a shot of it. But it still look nice to me.

And this may look like a fire but really its still a fireworks display. The ones that fly above the sky and produce different color. But anyways, this are the photos I took on new years eve.

On Christmas Day

It’s hard to celebrate Christmas when you know that many people are still trying to overcome the tragic of typhoon sendong. We all know that many families are still staying in an evacuation places and grieving for their loss. Many children died and some are missing, so celebrating our Christmas like before is hard to do instead we just buy some food to cook on Christmas eve and then said merry Christmas to my pets then sleep. It’s still a merry Christmas to us even though we don’t have the extravagant food. And the day after, my sister and I chat online and exchange Christmas news and give me money for my bills. I just spend my money paying my bills instead of buying food that I know will expired after Christmas because I’m celebrating Christmas alone. Then listen to our neighbors singing and dancing their heart out until evening of Dec. 25. Imagine my pets relief when they finish. My other cat almost got drown every time they increase the volume of their components. But all in all it was a happy Christmas so far for me and my pets sassy with her two kitten wahid and itnin the prince and misha.
